15.00 Recommended props: a blanket or two, block and a strap. Theme for Today’s class: Focusing on what you can control. Ask yourself. What is within my control? What is outside of my control? Shift your mindset to the mantras: I can choose what I focus my attention and energy on. I can choose to let go of what I cannot control.... This practice is great for overall stress and tension relief. Included are gentle twists and a hip sequence, ending with an option for Legs up the Wall pose. (Modify by resting on your back and place your lower legs up onto a chair or sofa).
