Don’t wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait. Will Rogers, actor and humorist
I will forever believe that buying a home is a great investment. Why? Because you can’t live in a stock certificate. You can’t live in a mutual fund. Oprah Winfrey, media mogul

I love this quote: Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world. ~Franklin D. Roosevelt~
I took this pix en route from Carmel to Santa Barbara a few years ago - wish I were a painter and could paint it!
My alter-ego is a dancer and I LOVE this other me! Hope you'll enjoy it and help support the fabulous HAMSA Studio!
Real Estate is the best investment you can make - at least make it part of a diversified portfolio.
HISTORY OF SANTA BARBARA -Pre-contact history The lands flanking the Santa Barbara Channel, both the mainland including present day Santa Barbara, and the Chann...el Islands, has been continuously inhabited by the Chumash people and their ancestors for at least 13,000 years. The oldest human skeleton yet found in North America, Arlington Springs Man, was unearthed on Santa Rosa Island, approximately 30 miles (48 km) from downtown Santa Barbara.[2] In more recent pre-Columbian times the Chumash had many villages along the shores and inland, at least one of which, on present-day Mescalitan Island, had over a thousand inhabitants in the 16th century.[3] They were peaceful hunter-gatherers, living from the region's abundant natural resources, and navigating the ocean in tomols, craft closely related to those used by Polynesians. Their rock art work can be seen in nearby Chumash Painted Cave, and their sophisticated basket weaving at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. The Santa Barbara bands spoke the Barbareño language dialect of the Chumashan languages group. As Europeans settled in their homelands the Chumash population declined.
Investors or WannaBeanInvestors! Great PODCAST! Doctors - medical people, listen to this. Turning Problems into New Income. basically, here's a source of information about investing income in a source other than the stock market.https://www.biggerpockets.com//biggerpockets-business-podc
As a Feng Shui practitioner, I advise people about placing things in their homes and work spaces to maximize the positive energy in their lives. One interesting note about placement is that a building or town/city is perfectly placed with it's back to foothills and with hills to either side and water at it's feet. Santa Barbara is perfectly placed with these specs in balance. Water = Wealth in Feng Shui so it is no wonder SB is a wealthy community! Interested in finding out more about how to add Feng Shui elements in your space? Contact me: [email protected] or text (805)687-8823.
