Some of my clients are missing their pan con cafe! Here’s a keto recipe for a delicious bread to enjoy with your coffee . Ingredients: 2 cups of almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup crushed pecans 2 tsp baking powder... 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp himalayan salt 6 tsp ghee butter (melted) 4 whole eggs 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: preheat oven at 350 in a bowl mix the coconut and almond flour, cinnamon and salt. In another container mix the eggs and the melted ghee butter, vanilla extract and the almond milk. - add the mixed flour to the eggs then blend it all together. Add the crushed pecans and mixed well - use baking paper on the baking pan then pour the batter into the pan - bake for approximately 30 minutes, you can test if it's ready by inserting a wooden stick or a knife in the center of the bread, if the stick or knife comes out dry then it's ready. Let it sit for 10 minutes and enjoy
