Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley and Latinas Contra Cancer Invite You

Únase a un grupo Latine para aprender sobre la consciencia plena y cómo reducir la ansiedad, la depresión, y problemas con el sueño. La Doctora Maria Juarez-Reyes de la Universidad de Stanford está llevando a cabo un estudio sobre el posible impacto de la consciencia plena en mujeres que están recibiendo tratamiento para el cáncer de mama. Nosotros necesitamos 40 participantes. Las participantes tomarán parte en 1 sesión virtual por semana, por un total de 6 semanas, de 6:00 ...pm -7:30 pm a través de Zoom (por teléfono o computadora).
