The April 29, 2020 Updated Health Officer Orders provide that Construction may restart on Monday, May 9, 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, the requirement for a third-party Jobsite Safety Accountability Supervisor for all projects falling under the large project definition. It is unlikely that there are sufficient qualified Jobsite Safety Accountability Supervisors for all project that will now require one.
