Updated CDC guidelines for COVID-19 vaccinated people. You must be FULLY vaccinated to follow these guidelines. Fully vaccinated means that it must be at least two weeks after the second Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or two weeks after the single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine. 1. You can gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask. 2. You can gather indoors with unvaccinated people from one other household (for example, visiting with relatives who a...ll live together) without masks, unless any of those people or anyone they live with has an increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19. 3. If you’ve been around someone who has COVID-19, you do not need to stay away from others or get tested unless you have symptoms. However, if you live in a group setting (like a correctional or detention facility or group home) and are around someone who has COVID-19, you should still stay away from others for 14 days and get tested, even if you don’t have symptoms. Information regarding a report that came out yesterday that investigators found higher levels of arsenic, cadmium and lead in baby foods. The key is not to panic as this is really nothing new. These are found naturally occurring in our environment so it’s impossible to completely avoid them. The levels are still low levels but of course less of anything that’s potentially toxic is always better. The FDA should continue to investigate this issue. Children should eat a vari...ety of different foods in an effort to decrease risk. Minimize rice including snacks and cereals, avoid teething biscuits. Minimize fruit juices. It has nothing to do with making your own baby food or buying organic because this heavy metals are and the food supply.
