Officer Torres and Rosales attempted to stop a vehicle to conduct a DUI investigation. The driver decided otherwise by leading Officers in a pursuit & ultimately crashing their vehicle. The driver was subsequently taken into custody and arrested for DUI drugs, hit & run, felony evading, & possession of a loaded firearm. The passenger of the vehicle was also in possession of a loaded firearm and arrested. Great capper gentlemen!

Officer Anaya and Simental conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. After approaching the vehicle, Officers observed this gun in plain view. The suspect, a self admitted gang member with a violent history, was arrested and another gun off the streets. Zero tolerance for gun violence...

Over the course of 5 days, Mission Area was experiencing a series of ADW Stabbings (6) throughout the division. Detectives hard work lead them to identify the person responsible and provided this information to officers. Today, Officer Miranda and Officer Shin used their knowledge of the area and canvassed the suspect’s hangout locations. Officers were able to successfully locate the suspect and place him under arrest without incident. Thank you gentlemen for your proactive police work and making your community a safer place.

On March 29th, Ofcrs received numerous radio calls of a shooting in progress. Ofcrs responded and quickly set up containment. Additional resources arrived and successfully got the suspect to surrender. We are glad no one was hurt during this incident.
