Hi Sarah and Kurt, We have great news for you. We just got back from the city and they approved your drawings over the counter!!! (I don’t think we ever got a second floor remodel/addition approved over the counter before... so it was exciting). Permit will be ready to be pulled tomorrow afternoon. So Brett if you swing by our office we will get you the paperwork for pulling the permits. (the city has the plans and will be stamping off on them tomorrow morning. Also you will ...need to bring in T24 on 8.5x11 sheets for their records we will have this ready for you tomorrow afternoon once I get it back from our consultant). Life is good!
