Just want to let our customers know that we make our own ice cream and paletas at our shop in Sonoma for our three stores. And keeping up the supply of all 32 flavors of ice cream, and 28 flavors of paletas, has been challenging given the power outages. So please be patient if we don’t have all the flavors you’ve come to expect and enjoy. ... My son, Andrew, is busy working to catch up on supplies, using the freshest, natural ingredients we can. We will do our best to provide our wonderful customers with their favorite ice creams and paletas as best we can. And remember, there are other shops that call themselves La Michoacana, but we, in Sonoma, Novato and Fairfield*, are the True, Original La Michoacana Paleterias.
