Tip of the day: As your leaving your work. Breath smile and think of one and picture your happiest moment. Then you can start the drive more relaxed.

Tip of the day. Get your eyes off the ground. You may stumble a little bit at first but you will be amazed at what you see.

Tip of the day: Pick one action you do Simi frequently every day (i.e. file a certain type of paper, or reach for a specific tool), now every time you do that task stop and take a deep breath in through your nose with your mouth closed. At the end of your work day you will be less stressed and and more alert.
