STUDIO WAITLIST WILL OPEN SEPTEMBER 19, 2017 at 11:00AM until 4:30PM!! Please bring the following information when applying for the Waitlist; A Non-Refundable Application Fee of 47.72 per adult 18 years or older in money order or cashiers check is required to apply. Please bring 3 months of Current and Consecutive pays stubs or other forms of income in order to apply. Studios - 600 sq.ft. - $1051.00 month... We are an affordable housing complex, which means an individual's yearly income will determine whether or not that person qualifies for residency here. For instance, if it is a single individual living in the apartment, the yearly income CANNOT exceed $43,860. Also, that individual must make a minimum of $26,304 a year. The numbers fluctuate according to the total number of people in the household. Maximum occupancy for a Studio is 2 household members.
