TAE BO is officially BACK at Lakeridge starting this Monday night 11/22 7:15pm. Class will be taught by 2 instructors that are part of TEAM TAE BO and appear in the latest Billy Blanks workout DVDs!!! This is a work out you will not want to miss, join them every Monday here at Lakeridge Fitness!

Showcase class Wed April 7th at 5:45pm..."Cardio Strip and Sculpt". A 1-hour long class combining traditional aerobic strip tease movements, infused with a dose of modern jazz and hip-hop dance, concluding with an intense session of weighted body sculpting exercises and abdominal training. FREE to members, $5 for non-members to enter facility.
