March Happenings Wednesday March 10th is Combined Class from 5:30-7:00. All belt levels are encouraged to attend. Wednesday March 24th is Belt Review/Testing from 5:30-700. Full uniforms.

Class for Wednesday February 17 will be at Master Sauer’s dojo located behind Lakeport Transmission on Main Street next to the realtor. Class will be from 5:30-7:00.

Good Morning all! Thursday February 11th we will be allowing the students to exchange Valentine’s. Also will be giving them a valentines cookie after class. Please make sure yoy bring Valentine’s for all the kids should your child want to participate.

Combined class is this Wednesday January 13th from 5:30-7:00 PM. All belts are encouraged to attend.

Today there will be a testing for the Lil dragons class at 4:45pm. Any black belts who wish to attend are welcome. It will only take about 15 min or so, then we will have plenty of time to head over to master sours Dojo for our bo staff class.

Wednesday October 14 is the monthly combined class. Starts at 5:30 pm ends at 7:00 pm. All belts are encouraged to attend.

A couple of announcements. On Wednesday December 9, combined class from 5:30-700. All belts are encouraged to attend. On Wednesday December 16, Gup testing from 5:30-7:00. Full uniform. A list of those testing is on the chalkboard in the Dojong. ... The Dojong will be closed for Christmas break from December 21 thru January 4.

Black Belt testing will be November 14 beginning at 11:00 am. All red belts are encouraged to attend and assist. After testing there will be a potluck BBQ.

Congratulations to Mr. Marquardt for earning his third degree black belt, to Ms. Ward, Ms. Crawford, and Ms. Burns for earning their second degree black belts, and to our new Dans, Mr. Barness, and Mr. Gilbert for earning their first degree black belts. Full uniform please. Gup testing will be held on December 16 beginning at 5:30. A list of people testing will be up very soon. Full uniform, don’t be late. ... The Dojong will be closed for the Thanksgiving break from Monday November 23 thru Friday November 27. The Dojong will be open the Saturday before for sparring at 11:00 as normal.

Our belt colors are different than pictured here, but the concept is the same. Achieving a Black belt should not be your end goal. Becoming a Martial artist is about more, it’s about you. It’s about being better than you were yesterday. It’s about commitment. A Black belt symbolizes the beginning, not the end. There are two different types of students. One wants a black belt, the other wishes to be a martial artist and is one in a million. which one are you?
