The first, "News of the World" will be shown at 10:00 a.m. It stars Tom Hanks and tells the story of a Civil War veteran who earns his living reading news to people in North Texas, and who finds a little girl who was captured by Kiowa Indians that he decides to deliver to her aunt and uncle after her Kiowa family is killed. The journey turns ...out to be a dangerous one. (PG-13, Drama). The second, "The Lady in the Van", which will be shown at 1:00 pm., is based on a true story by British playwright Alan Bennet, about an eccentric elderly homeless woman (Maggie Smith) of uncertain origin, who "temporarily" parks her van in his London driveway, and proceeds to live there for the next 15 years.
