Was able to sneak out for a walk along the beach today after all - maintaining my 10 foot distance (and secretly holding my breath anytime someone passed). It felt good to just get out of the house (I also did have an essential reason to go - our beach is across from Gelsons and we were out of supplies). I’ll share more pretty shots later.

Good morning to another gorgeous day in Laguna Beach. Suddenly it feels like such a luxury to just take a walk along the beach. Blessed to be surrounded by such natural beauty and wanting to share. The earth is healing and so will we. We just have to stay strong, help those around us us in need, and support each other until the cure (which we have!) can be distributed to all exposed. Have faith - this will all be over soon and leave us a little wiser, more mindful and perhaps a little closer. My heart goes out to all those working so hard to care for us. They need our love right now.

Our bucolic hillsides in Laguna Beach are maintained by enchanting little goats, a sweet shepherd named Aquctillo and his hard working shepherd dog. They keep our green space above Laguna Beach fire free while gracing our hillsides with their adorable presence. The silver lining in all this craziness is that the coastline is clear and free of smog (fewer cars on the road and recent rain) so are views are spectacular!
