Good morning! We hope this message finds you safely and please know we miss seeing all your smiling faces! A little up date from our family to you... The last few weeks we have been adjusting to our new way of life; we are starting to smooth out the kinks and develop a schedule and guidelines that insures safety for our staff and clients.... We will now be open 9am-3pm M-F, but with restrictions! At this time we are available for routine appointments, vaccinations, sicknesses/injuries, and any prescription and food pick ups! How it works: Call our front desk when you arrive to let us know you are here. We will come out to you and bring your animal in for examination or place your products on the front table outside the building. All payments will be over the phone unless other arrangements are made. *please be courteous and stay home if you have a fever or a cough and be wearing facial protection at all times while on grounds for our staff’s safety* Please call us at (707)528-1448 for any further questions or concerns!

Meet Cleo! She’s a year old dilute tortoiseshell spayed female. Cleo is extremely affection and loves people, she came to us with a litter of kittens who have now been weaned and adopted out, but this beautiful Mamma is still looking for a home! As affectionate as she is towards humans that does not carry over to other cats and dogs. We would recommend she goes to a home as the only pet. If introduced slowly and properly their might be potential for coexistence, but we ca...n’t promise it. Please share so this sweet girl can finally be in her forever home! Thank you all for hanging in there with us the past few weeks! We are doing our best to accommodate as many of you as possible in the safest manner we can. As of now we are seeing a limited number of appointments daily from 9am-12pm M-F. Our appointment slots are being reserved for sick or injured animals only. Please call ahead and we will do our best to help you and your pets.... We are also still seeing puppy and kitten technician appointments to keep your little ones up to date on immunizations. Good Morning Everyone! Due to the recent concerns about the COVID-19, we are temporarily changing our appointment schedule. As of tomorrow 3/18/2020, we are going to be open from 9am to 12pm, Monday through Friday for emergencies only. If you've already have a non emergency appointment scheduled this week we may have called you to reschedule. We will also not be taking any boarding animals at this time. If you need to pick up medications or prescription food, please call ahe...ad and pay over the phone, we will make arrangements for pick up. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, we just want to ensure the safety of our staff and all our wonderful clients. Thank you, Laguna Team

COVID-19 UPDATE: Dear Clients, we will be staying open until further notice, but we will be changing some things to best keep our clients and staff as healthy and safe as possible. Here are some changes that will be made: ... -If you are sick we HIGHLY encourage you to cancel your appointment and reschedule to a later date. If you call ahead our no-show fee will not apply here. - We will be seeing fewer patients daily to reduce the amount of people in and out of the building. -Routine appointments for annual exams will be pushed back to a later date, this also includes routine vaccinations unless absolutely needed. We WILL still be seeing sick and injury cases at this time. -If you have puppy or kitten vaccinations please stick to your schedule and do not put this off. -If you are picking up medications, prescription food, or anything else, you are encouraged to pay over the phone if able to and we will arrange a curb-side pick up to reduce people in and out of the building. -online ordering through Vet Source is also a great option for medications and food! (see our website for details) -We also will not be housing boarding animals during this time. Any questions or concerns please call us at (707) 528-1448!

**As of April 1st we will no longer be open on Saturdays from 9am-12pm** We know this will be an inconvenience to some, so if you are unable to pick up medication or food during the week (we are open M-F 8am-5:30pm) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate everyone!
