Residents, This is not a trick. Pay your rent online at www.lagunaserrano.net before the first of November and we will treat you to a full service car wash. Please pick up car wash ticket before November 15, 2013.

We are joining with Second Harvest Food Bank Of Orange County for a food drive at Laguna Serrano Apartments from October 11, 2013 until November 7, 2013. Please bring your donations to the leasing office. Most Needed Items Food Drive Most Needed Items Non-perishable canned goods or dry food:... Canned meats, fish, soup, fruits, vegetables Pasta Hot & cold cereal Macaroni & Cheese Rice Beans Peanut butter Personal care items: Diapers Toothpaste and toothbrushes Toilet tissue Soap * Please no glass containers or expired items. To promote a healthy diet, whenever possible we encourage donations of foods that are reduced in sodium, sugar, or fat and contain no trans fatty acids.

It’s Fall in So-Cal. The kids are back to school, the leaves are starting to change and there is an crispness in the air..? Wait that’s not So-Cal.
