And if you really want to make a full 360 change, you gotta match that desire with movement that is led by clear intentions to travel towards new a direction instead of staying stuck on the feels like slugs with no shells. . You can continue to hash out all the things that went wrong, all... the things that didn’t go as planned, yet still end up entangled from running around in circles going no where fast. . Learning to discipline your disappointments is more valuable than hearing out everyone’s two cents. . Especially if they are the opinions of others who don’t value your time or care about your well-being in the first place. . Trust me, you’ll continue to stay broke collecting penny thoughts verses wising up to make the big bucks and that’s facts. . Walking through a maze of mirrors, you’re bound to run into and bump into yourself. . It’s gonna hurt, might even sting, but know that it is also nourishing to the soul. . It’s necessary to face these things head on rather than fall back into the pit of despair. . We know ourselves far more than we choose to remember and that’s why life has its way of reminding us. . That reminder can come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, colors, forms, textures, emotions, situations, circumstances, obstacles, blessings in disguises, opportunities, people, environment, ideas, problems to damn near everything. . So the next time you clash, take a moment to breathe & ask yourself these simple questions. . 1. Is how I’m reacting to the situation solving anything or is it creating more problems? 2. Even though I didn’t get booked for it, I decided to share it cuz I was feeling myself and it had been a hot minute since I was able to just get lost with the music and dance my whole heart out. This is one of many self-tape auditions that would have end up into the black hole of no return, but I felt like it can sprinkle some groovy vibes of happiness to ease the world wide stress of depression. . This one one of my fav tracks from Beyoncé Black is King, with a remix twist in hopes that it doesn’t get taken down for copy rights. . When I 1st heard the lyrics and this beat, it totally just tugged hard into the depths of my heart as my inner spirt was awaken to remember who I am in my most truest form and pure state of being. . Tears still flow but in a good way where I’m emotionally entwined with the reminder that you are a King [or Queen ] and you have everything in you to massively succeed in this world. . Each tear shed are the reasons why you shouldn’t give up. . It’s your heart saying remember who you are because your life was meant for so much more and that you do have purpose. . It’s so easy to lose sight of that especially with everything fighting against you to keep suppressing you down to be enslaved by the agendas of the enemy who seeks to destroy you. . When I dance, I become free and able to just let go. . Freedom is what we seek and fight for, yet on a deep level we don’t value nor understand the true meaning of what freedom is. .
