BREAKING NEWS: the LA County Board of Supervisors just voted to create the first-ever County of LA Youth Commission! Supervisor Janice Hahn announced the Youth ...Commission at a press conference with youth, including current NFYI organizing intern Jose Canizal and former NFYI member Tiffany Boyd. The commission, which will begin in May, will advise supervisors on ways to improve the county child welfare system.
