As the COVID-19 epidemic unfolds, we want to ensure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is of utmost importance. La Capilla Inc, continues to closely monitor COVID-19 as it evolves both internationally and within the United States. We are following guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of illness and are actively monitoring local information from Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA). It is a cha...llenging time for all industries, but especially ours, which is dependent on people Dining, gathering and creating memories. I personally want to thank each of you for continuing to support the Restaurants during this time and hope that you will find reassurance in our commitment to your safety and happiness. We pride ourselves on the high standards to which we run our restaurants. Outlined below are the preventative measures we are taking across our restaurants There have been no reports of employees or guests infected or having interacted with anyone with COVID-19. They are instructed to stay home if they’re feeling ill and to seek medical attention immediately if experiencing a fever or cough. Our company is putting the health and safety of guests at the forefront of all business operations. Management is continually reinforcing the importance of proper and frequent hand washing with associates. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises washing your hands for 20 seconds which is about the same amount of time as it takes to say the alphabet. All public areas and restrooms are continuously sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants. Guest rooms, meeting spaces and surfaces are being thoroughly sanitized by staff. All Food & Beverage Leaders and Team Members are ServSafe certified. Proper sanitation and food handling are reviewed daily with staff in pre-shift meetings. The staff is sanitizing tables and chair arms with EPA approved disinfectants between each guest.
