There are two tools you can use to check whether your property is within the #CityofLosAngeles and eligible for the LA ADU Accelerator Program. The first is Neighborhood Info (http://ow.ly/iKR950HskXa) and the second is ZIMAS (http://ow.ly/bvwz50HskXg). If you input your address and it does not show a result, this means that the address is not within the city of L.A.
If your #accessorydwellingunit is in the building process, you can apply to the LA ADU Accelerator Program prior to its completion.
