Are weekends for work or relaxing? Hmmm... both.

DID YOU KNOW? I spent my first 2 years in real estate in Chicago? Maybe you did... but I bet you didn’t know that it’s 20 degrees there right now versus 70 and sunny here in San Diego Spending the holidays and New Year in SD feels much different, but my mindset feels the same. Refreshed goals to crush it and feeling energized to make a difference in others as they, or you, decide to make a move this year I’m always here as your real estate resource

I have a handful of goals heading into 2021, but the bottom line of most of them is creating, growing, and expanding my relationships. I want everyone I know, and everyone I meet, to look at becoming the best version of themselves. I want to support you, help you, and be a resource for you to do that. Whether it’s getting a new job or finally biting the bullet and selling your condo or house that’s too small, to upgrade to a home with a yard and designer finishes because that’s what you’ve always wanted... let’s talk. The coffee is on me. (708) 262-7948

This year has officially been everything opposite from what I had planned. There have been jobs lost and new ones earned, relationships lost and new ones built, plans put to rest and new ones created... a pandemic, an election, a new ‘this’, and tragic ‘that’... the best way to describe 2020, I think, is change ... in all forms of the word. With that being said, I now have the most gratitude that I have ever had, just for the people in my life. We’re alive, we’re here, we ...can laugh and enjoy our time together - that along with our health, having a roof over our heads, and food on the table have become what matters most to me. I am thankful. I took a hiatus from social media because I felt like it was doing me and my relationships more harm than good. I took the past several months to re-evaluate what brings me meaning and purpose and excitement. A cleanse from social media has been what I needed. I was able to replace the scrolling, followers, comments, division, news, and highlight reels with something much more meaningful - gratitude. I created the space for gratitude in my life and it has changed everything. I didn’t know the void was there until I got off the internet and actually took a look around in my own life. My head is clearer, my relationships have improved, and my goals and excitement for the future have been re-ignited. So here I am, back to share some important progess and new, exciting things happening in my life with a new perspective. This is my new team at Compass in San Diego - The Auker Group. These people are the best of the best, not only in real estate, but as human beings. I am incredibly lucky to have found these people, doing what doesn’t even feel like work. Our fearless team-leader, @drewauker, is a daily example and reminder for all of us on how to grow and evolve for the better - at work, at home, and in all areas of life. He’s a coach and a friend, and just having the opportunity to work alongside him has given me a new energy to dominate the real estate game - which is what I came here to do. 2021 is my year.

This place is very special to me. I have vivid memories of my first couple times visiting San Diego in the early 2000’s, my first time longboarding under the palm trees, eating fish taco’s on the grass hills right off this pier, and hanging out with my family when life was overly simple as a 15 year old... Filming this video and watching all the locals longboard around and enjoy downtown PB was nostalgic to say the least. Crystal Pier has so much history - did you know it was originally dedicated as an iconic landmark in 1927 and was used as an amusement park? Today it’s home to beach cottages that you can rent out and is a popular spot for surfers and tourists. For me - it’s a part of my childhood and one of the original reasons I fell in love with San Diego @pacific.beach
