Crazy times !!! So Miami now has a Eviction Squatter Task.

So, does this mean it is the end of the emergency ? Can evictions in Los Angeles begin with deadbeat tenants ?

Does this mean the eviction moratorium is due to expire ? Mayor Garcetti said it would last until the emergency status was lifted. Time to put up or shut up !!!

C'mon, get real. The eviction ban only exasperates the problem. These policy makers including the CDC does not get it. Again, housing providers and lawmakers must sit down and work out a better solution. Too, too, many people scamming the system and hurting landlords. Lift the ban and see how quick people go back to work.

This is how it is done. LA landlords don't need State, City, or County legislators telling us what to do by forcing onerous eviction moratoriums, and rent freezes. !!!
