With only a few weeks left of the year, I find myself reflecting back on 2020 A few takeaways; LOVE YOURSELF! Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is so important. You can’t be the best version of yourself to your family, friends, and coworkers if you haven’t taken care of #1 first ... COMFORT ZONES ARE IN THE PAST. There are always beautiful things that arise from challenging times. Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING. The outpouring of love and support I have seen online and first hand has been incredibly humbling. People helping repair a city after protests, supporting small businesses trying to stay afloat, teacher drive bys to remind students how special they are, etc. If we can look past the news and remember these moments, humans really are incredible and capable of so much. CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. Just as quickly as we can have everything planned out, change happens just as fast. Appreciate every moment and understand the only certain thing in life is change. How we adapt is how we choose to live. & LIFE IS SHORT. This year will be the best for some, and the worst for many.
