The California Association of REALTORS just released their latest market update, which goes through the end of November 2018. Here’s what they had to say: California home sales remained on a downward trend for the seventh consecutive month in November as prospective buyers continued to wait out the market. November’s sales figure was down 3.9 percent from the revi...sed $397,060 level in October and down 13.4 percent from home sales in November 2017 of a revised $440,340.
