Krissie's BnB

Hi folks, Krissie’s cat Bobo just passed away unexpectedly. He was my mother’s constant companion, as well as one of the sweetest, most affable cats in the world. If you met him and have a moment to reach out to her with your condolences and favorite memories, I’m sure it would be appreciated.

Thank you so much to our thoughtful and generous guests! We received these fun gnomes to add our our collection not too long ago! They are front and center in our living room gnome display cabinet.

We had the good fortune of sharing a couple of bottles of wine and some cake with Wendy and Kevin, owners & winemakers at Tara Bella, as well as their childhood friends Scott and Jayne. Tara Bella focus on estate wines, with all of the vintages being aged in French Oak for 22 months, and then bottled to age a while longer. There is no blending. Every bottle is 100% estate grown single vineyard. They have won 17 gold and 2 double gold medals on past vintages. Lovely people, their conversation is not to be missed either! Check them out next time you plan a trip to Krissie's!

Over the past year we've had the good fortune of welcoming into our lives folks from all over the world. Several of our guests have joined us from the Carolinas and Florida. We hope that they are okay. We encourage people to help our friends and neighbors on the other side of the country recover by joining the efforts of the Red Cross by donating blood, supplies, or money as they are able.
