Krieger & Krieger congratulates Linda Guthmann Krieger who was recently installed as 2019 president of the Long Beach Bar Association.

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with our caseload. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably assisting with employment or business litigation matters. Paralegal will be conducting legal research, preparing discovery responses, preparing correspondence including detailed demand letters, assisting with calendaring, and assisting in drafting pleadings and other court documents. Wage and hour class action experience would be helpful, but not required. Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.

Our firm is looking for an attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience. Must be capable of litigation of all aspects of employment law, including interviews with potential clients, discovery, depositions, analysis of documents, and all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal court, including class actions, administrative proceedings, and arbitration/mediation. Exemplary research, writing and communication skills are imperative. The ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, outstanding organizational skills, and a professional and collegial attitude. Proficiency with MS Office and/or WordPerfect software as well as a working knowledge of Westlaw internet research is required.
