Barry and Shane were both great in walking us through loan options and helping us determine the best time to lock our rate. I'm data-driven, so the detailed "in-person" Zoom calls were always appreciated. Hannah, our loan coordinator always kept us informed through the process and did a great job anticipating any needs the underwriter may have had when reviewing our loan. As a result, we came prepared and closed our loan ahead of schedule.

Hannah handled my acct and helped me get all my info pulled together. so we could accomplish all that i needed too and finish my loan. 5 stars for Hannah

Barry and Shane have been incredibly responsive throughout our home buying process. We had multiple offers and every time we submitted an offer, Barry and Shane provided a custom pre-approval letter for us to submit with our offer. They even made calls to the listing agents letting them know how confident they were in us as qualified buyers. I sent Shane numerous text messages asking him to calculate payments as we looked at different price ranges and he always responded almost immediately.

Where to begin? Every single question I had (which were many) was answered clearly and quickly. The custom made videos with screen shares and spreadsheets were very helpful in breaking down different scenarios. Multiple pre-approvals were generated for multiple properties. The team was available practically round the clock. Being a first time buyer, I learned a lot and felt confident making decisions. Various ways of structuring the loan were explained. I could go on but long story short, 10/10!
