This sign has been in the making for quite some time and is all too fitting for recent circumstances. This man has worked hard and diligently at creating a business and name for himself in our community. His BBQ is awesome and his store is run with the customer in mind always. He has faithfully kept at it for 40 years, working hard for the American dream, and was able to retire last week. Funny thing is, we share a common family name and a very long time ago I did a genealog...y search on that name. It means "shopkeeper on the corner". That is literally what he has been doing all these years. How fitting for him to live up to his ancestry and family name without knowing it. We are happy for Nathan and his family. We hope retirement is wonderful and that he knows how much we appreciate him.
