I’m not usually willing to post political opinions, but I encourage everyone voting to vote NO on Prop 15. Prop 15 will increase property taxes on commercial and industrial properties which will be passed on to small businesses who rent those properties. Higher occupancy costs for those business will make them have to pass those costs on to the consumer. ... Furthermore, it is one step closer to repealing Prop 13 which will impact all home owners in California by raising property taxes across the board.
