Conservative treatment of a tooth fracture with a direct composite. 18 year old bit into the fork. Despite pinpoint pulp exposure tooth is asymptomatic. Due to the age of the patient and lack of symptoms we decided to restore broken tooth with bonded composite instead of the root canal and a crown. Tooth is vital and asymptomatic on a three month follow up.
