Please welcome #French #KBIMember Anne Savignard of @BullesdOpale After several years as Quality Manager and in charge of Sustainable Development for food companies in the North of France, Anne wanted to start her own business to manufacture and market her own line of products. With a passion for the profession of winegrower exercised during her professional career, she naturally turned to beer, the flagship drink of the region that she also studied.... However, it's another kind of fermented beverage that seduced her for its qualities, combining pleasure and potential health benefits for the consumer: the Kombucha, brewed by assembling Camellia sinensis with herbal teas. This is how "Bulles d'Opale" was born in 2019, located on the beautiful coastline of the "Côte d'Opale". She is very happy to join this great family of Kombucha brewers and to contribute to healthy and meaningful food while keeping its epicurean side so dear to the French!
