I met this sweet family at one of my listings in December. That one wasn’t quite right for them, but we stayed in touch, started working together to find them the right place, and yesterday we closed on the CUTEST house in their ideal location in Burbank. Located on the prettiest tree-lined street, walkable to Magnolia Blvd and tons of cute shops and restaurants, huge garage with a bonus office in the back and a ton of potential in the house while still being move in ready. I love helping all my clients, but first time buyers hold a special satisfaction when handing them the keys to their FIRST HOME. Congrats A. family! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!

In a lot of ways 2020 has been, well, terrible. But in a lot of others it’s been sort of lovely - getting to spend (a LOT) more time with close family, being able to slow down and prioritize what’s important in life. For me, I’ve loved being able to help friends and clients buy and sell their homes during this tumultuous time - more than ever before! Thank you to all my clients. Why, yes, I would love a home library. You? Gorgeous, custom top to bottom for sale at 8119 McGroarty St in Sunland-Tujunga that I did a private showing for last week. If there had been a pool, my clients likely would have snapped it up.

New listing appointment today and the house is SO SWEET. I can’t get enough of historic homes and this one had so many beautiful details. Look at those door handles! The milk door! Front door knocker. Can’t wait to show more of this one off!
