Man oh man does this ring true for me today! I've had some hiccups the past few days posting the 10-day series which finally had me walking away over the weekend to reboot my attitude over it. It can be really hard when nothing goes how you planned and I'm definitely one who can get flustered over something if it doesn't execute the right way. But reminding myself that these things happen and failure is an opportunity to GROW, I'm comforted in knowing that this snafu doesn...'t define me or the work, attention and effort I put into my business. It's important in business and in life to establish who you are first. Then and only then can you truly offer with confidence yourself to the world. Though I wear many hats, the personality and the drive within me is always constant and for myself I hold true that no matter what I will always play these top 3 roles in life, and in this order. Wife. Mother. Boss. Though at first glance these 3 may not seem to have anything in common, they most certainly pull the same energy..., drive, and heart from me. By devoting myself to each one with every fiber, I've found my balance and have learned that, in reality, they all weave together as one. When you learn to offer yourself constructively to the areas in life that matter most to you, you're starting a habit of accountability and balance.
