This build will forever stick with us. We are calling it the Hope Meadow. It was built for a sweet, young family and placed in a beautiful area near Santa Cruz, Ca. The views are perfect for their roof deck! The Hope Meadow is a 10' wide and 40' long gooseneck tiny house, with 2 bedrooms. As most of our gooseneck builds are, the master sits on the upper platform and boasts two levels. In this tiny house, they opted to have the larger are for a closet/laundry room and the loft... above the bathroom for their bed. The second bedroom is on the other end and accessed by a dual purpose staircase. The kitchen has lots of storage options, a large farmhouse sink, dishwasher, large fridge, breakfast bar and full size range and microwave. The bathroom also has ample storage, large counter space and a 4' shower. The living room is at the rear of the tiny house and large enough for a small sectional sofa and entertainment center. As most of you know California is on fire. The Creek Fire is especially close to home. We have come to realize just how amazing our community is. Everybody has rallied together to bring in overwhelming donations for both the animals and evacuees. Tonight, we dropped off our shop fans to give our furry little friends some cool air. The Cove Cottage Great things come in small packages! This tiny house may only be 22' long but it has character. We are in love with the contrasting exterior! We added a 2' bump out off the rear of the tiny house to provide additional bedroom space(to equal 24' total). ... Our favorite thing about this tiny house: it was built to accommodate a growing family! The front bedroom has a closet and an area sized perfectly for a crib. As the baby grows, he moves up to the loft and the lower area becomes a play room or a hang out spot. Perfect right!? This tiny house actually has TWO closets. One being a walk-in style!... We also incorporated our popular elevated bedroom and added a partial wall for privacy. The area under the bedroom is utilized for exterior AND interior storage. The beam across the kitchen with drop lighting and the accent wall with uniquely colored tile gives this tiny house a nice modern, rustic feel.
