I received the fully executed lease with Westfield today! Construction started on 10/25/19, and the framing is done. But our architectural plans are not approved by the City yet. Seems surreal, but its all under control.

Oh if you have not seen our store front yet find us on the first floor between H&M and JCPenneys in the Westfield Santa Anita. He hope to open by Thanksgiving!

On 09/18/19, our design plans were approved by our landlord Westfield Santa Anita and immediately submitted to the City of Arcadia for building plan check. Construction should start in a few weeks!
