Over two months of hill repeats, circuit training, functional training, and a lot of verbal abuse by me and these young men from the Lazer Soccer Club are dominating. Coach Josh Tolar brought these boys into the gym very green looking for something to lift them to the next level. I can say with confidence they have seen the results they hoped for and are definitely a team to be reckoned with. By far one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is to take young people with drive and help them realize their goals. A process that will pay dividends for the remainder of their lives!
