Meet Sydney! Sydney will be serving KPS as our new Administrative Director. Sydney, a 2018 graduate of Baylor University, provides administrative and financial accounting support to KPS which ensures efficient daily operations and maximum customer support for our clients. Sydney is an excellent communicator and also is qualified to assist Mr. Eaton with all client consulting engagements! We are so happy to welcome Sydney to the team!

Creating a strategic plan for your company versus the reality of execution, day to day management, and moving the needle can feel like two seperate experiences. Our mission at KPS is to see organizations "mind the gap" between strategy and execution leading to goals and dreams coming to fruition through using our proven methods of execution.

Our most recent strategic planning session was conducted with a church in Brooklyn and all done over Zoom! Here's a quote about their experience below: "Jim did a great job, even in the face of our obstacles. We were able to review our goals from last year and celebrate how much we accomplished-and they were just as excited as we were. Guiding us through the SWOT analysis, we were shown the truths about our church, helping us see where we have been and where we are going. While we are making short -term plans this year, because who knows what more the year will bring, we feel prepared as we can possibly be!"
