More than half way through our plank challenge of the week! Two more days left to keep building on that core strength. Today we are back to side planks: hold for 40 seconds on EACH SIDE then shorten up your rest to 20 seconds; hop into round two and then you’re done for the day Keep up the good work!

It’s day 2 of the plank challenge- make sure to check out yesterday’s post for the plank exercise. TODAY: get in a side plank hold! Lie on your side; stack your feet on top of each other; bend the knees slightly; as you lift your hips off the ground, extend out the legs and place top arm on either your waist or hold it up in the air to maintain your balance! Hold for 30 seconds on EACH side then give yourself a rest for 30 seconds. Repeat TWO times today!!
