In my practice, prolonged inactivity is one of the most common causes of limiting your range of movement. Even if you need to stay in right now, don't forget to move. It can be slow, open movements of each joint. Stretch and move to educate your muscles. Frozen shoulders can be rehabilitated when you re-program tight muscles. It's one of the most common issues I work on. But as long as there is no wear and tear on the cartilage, you can get your shoulder back.

Reiki distant healing is now available.

I have been a client of Caroline’s for nearly a decade. She is my healer in every sense of the word whether it be through EFT, massage therapy, or more recently, through distant healing.
