If you have booked through an online travel agent, please contact them directly to cancel. It’s a really difficult time for everyone amid so much uncertainty. Here is something we do know: our company was founded on the belief that heartfelt human connections make people’s lives better. Though we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our operations, we recognize that communities connect in unprecedented ways whether sharing the same space or not in trying times like these. We will get through this together. And we’ll open our doors again and do what we do best (welcome you back), in person, just as soon as it’s safe.
