It's April! On 3/1/21 we opened our doors to a limited capacity for certain appointments, while still practicing curbside-care for all other services. ANYONE arriving at the office should call us from outside so we can get you taken care of and checked-in properly. We ask that people DO NOT come inside the office unless escorted in by our staff. Currently a limited number of clients are allowed to come in to be present for their pet's doctor's appointment. They will be ch...ecked-in outside and then escorted in by a staff member. We are limiting the number of people allowed in the office, and requiring anyone who enters to wear a mask, wash their hands after entry, and socially distance. Clients arriving to drop-off or pick-up something, including their pet, and anyone scheduled for a "Tech Appointment" will still need to wait outside and utilize curbside-care. As California enters new restrictions/phases, our policies could change on short-notice, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation as we try to conduct business in a way that allows us to care for our patients but keep our staff and neighbors safe at the same time. Wait times are longer than normal currently, so please bring something to entertain yourself with while you wait outside in your vehicle; you are NOT allowed to leave the parking lot unless you're scheduled for that type of appointment. Use the time outside to download our new PetDesk app and join our Loyalty Program: https://petdesk.com/download-app-for-pet-health/ Please know we are doing our best to provide the same great our clients and patients are used to getting, all while seeing increased numbers of cases daily. While we recognize these are stressful and trying times, we ask that you treat all members of our staff with the respect and kindness they deserve.
Happy World Veterinary Day. We're so thankful for our 2 amazing doctors and the staff that supports them!

Please help us fill the shelves of the Elk Grove Food Bank! Usually our local schools are in session, having their annual food drives just about now. But, with the students at home, nothing's getting collected or donated to the food bank. Starting later today, we'll have a box sitting outside our front door so please feel free to drop off any non-perishable items when you come by the office. If you're coming for an appointment, to drop off a lab sample, or pick something up, please consider bringing a can or 2 and adding it to our collection box. Donations will be collected up until 11/13 - we'll be donating the items to the Elk Grove Food Bank on 11/14. Please share with others!

We rounded out vet tech week with lunches, donuts, ice cream, gift cards, and presents for the team. Our work family really does a great job and deserves to be spoiled a bit.
