To all the moms... thank you!!! Moms...from a small baby in the belly to a grown adult we will always need them. When we are hungry they feed us, when we fall they pick us up, when we get hurt they put a bandage on, when we cry they cheer us up, when we can’t sleep they sing us a song, when we grow up they still take care of us...moms sacrifice themselves to make sure we get the best. They always put us first...On this day say thank you, take care of her, keep her safe...even with social distancing

Face masks to limit micro-droplet emissions: (*Staying at home, physical distancing, washing your hands, not touching your face with unwashed hands, and staying away from sick individuals are still the best defense against transmission. Also, it is urged to reserve N95 and surgical masks for health care providers/first responders due to current shortages.) 4/3/20: CDC Update on Face Covers: Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others. You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.... Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in public, for example to the grocery store or to pick up other necessities. *Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected. Do NOT use a facemask meant for a healthcare worker. Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is not a substitute for social distancing. https://www.cdc.gov///prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html CDC Explanation for Cloth Face Cover:

Kevin Khai Tieu, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. 20.09.2020

https://www.sfcdcp.org//how-to-put-on-and-remove-a-face-m/ The link provides instructions for the application/removal of disposable face masks with prior hand washing to prevent contamination. Use the general guidelines to apply to cloth face coverings currently recommended by California Public Health Officials for when you must leave your home for essential needs. The state urges the reservation of N95 and surgical masks for health care providers/first responders due to su...pply shortages. THE BEST DEFENSE AGAINST COVID-19 CONTINUES TO BE: Staying at home and physical distancing Washing hands frequently Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands Avoiding being around sick people. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR A CLOTH FACE COVERING? The California Department of Health recommends you to: wash your cloth face covering frequently, ideally after each use, or at least daily. Have a bag or bin (in cases of limited reuse of disposable masks, a breathable container like a paper bag is recommended for temporary storage to prevent/contain contamination and maintain mask integrity BUT discard masks that have become soiled/damaged/deformed/hard to breath through) to keep cloth face coverings in until they can be laundered with detergent and hot water and dried on a hot cycle. If you must re-wear your cloth face covering before washing, wash your hands immediately after putting it back on and avoid touching your face. Be careful to not cross contaminate contaminated surfaces with non-contaminated surfaces. Discard cloth face coverings that: No longer cover the nose and mouth Have stretched out or damaged ties or straps Cannot stay on the face Have holes or tears in the fabric. CDC: *CLOTH FACED COVERINGS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED ON young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
