Kern River Transitional Care

Effective 5:00 am on March 12, 2020, we will be implementing what CMS is calling "Limited Restriction of Visitors." We have been instructed by CDC and CMS to only allow essential personnel into the building at this point. Family and friends are heartily encouraged to make contact over the phone or videochat for the time being. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this public health crisis all together. More details will be posted as information becomes available.

We were so glad to have Mayor Karen Goh, many California dignitaries, and loads of members of our great community out to celebrate the Grand Opening of Kern River Transitional Care!

Kern River Transitional Care is now open! We're actively scouting the most talented nurses and nursing assistants our community has to offer, to add to the great roster we already have. We'll accept our first patients this week, and be proudly working to create a lasting, positive impact on the lives of the people we serve. We're on a mission to create the great post-acute care provider the world has ever seen! And our journey begins today.
