We are so sad to announce that one of our very own, our handyman, Perry, has passed away. A lot of you would know Perry as the crazy old guy working around the stables. But what you may not know is that Perry has worked and lived at this very property for many many years. He first started here when the barn was under Fox Ridge Farm and Maydo Lorimer was the owner and head trainer along with her partner Frank. Perry has been in our lives for over 20 years He knew every nook... and cranny of this stable and throughout the 6 years of us owning the barn he helped us build our dream facility He kept us on our toes and made us laugh. Even though it would take him a long time to accomplish something it was always exactly how we wanted it to come out. He was a very talented carpenter. He certainly was a character but we loved every bit of him and he became a part of our family. The barn will feel different without him and he will be deeply missed, thank you for everything Perry! Godspeed

What a fantastic week! So proud of Lex Lipacis and Shameless, their first week in the 3’6 and they win the ASAP Maclay! They also won the CPHA Foundation incredibly thankful to have had uncle Benson and Rigo Soto there to help pull it all off. A special week for us!
