The last 120 days I will have done 10,000 Kettlbell swings. 1. The lumbar and sacrum are supported by muscle and fascia 2. Most disk herniations are in lumbar vertebrae 3. Weakness and under activity in the Glutes ( Maximus , Medius, Minimus) will predispose the sacroiliac joints and the lumbar spine to injury and influence economy of movement. ... 4. Conditioning these muscles with kettbell, squats and lunges and have given me more energy in movement, stamina and strength. 5.
