Kelly's Homeguard can be your eyes and ears with weekly checks of your property inside and out. Our goal is to provide the personalized service so that you can be assured that your home is being watched. With 10 years of experience, I have owned and managed an apartment complex as well as many of my own rental homes. I have worked in the vacation rental business for 4 years and also 2 years working with an HOA company. My knowledge of community rules and CC&R's is extensive.
