Time for Spring cleaning! Open those windows, pull out those boxes and short between donations and the dumps. I’ve got a great local vendor who can help you as you purge! Meet Brenda The Braiders Hauling Services. Here’s how she can help you... Let us help you with your spring cleaning. We can take away your donations, covid clutter, broken items or your Amazon boxes you’ve been saving to make a fort out of. The service fee starts at $50 for up to 800lbs, (7$ for every addi...tional 100lbs.) and depends on your location, and if you are loading the trailer with me, or if I need to hire a helper. While not required, gratuities are graciously accepted. The dump fees depend on how heavy the load is. The average have been between $34.25-$60.I will send you the price sheet so you know what they charge extra for, please note they charge separately for box springs and mattresses. After I dump the load, I will contact you with the total. Payment is acceptable via PayPal or Venmo. If you prefer to pay cash, I will give you an estimate before I leave your place. (Minimum loads are $84.25 total.) My trailer is 6 ft by 12 ft, and about 7 ft tall. The trailers payload is 1800 lbs, so please let me know if you have concrete/dirt etc as it may not be a good fit. Any bags containing food waste, or messy waste, must be tied securely in bags or in a container with a secure lid. The dump does not accept chemicals/paint, any batteries, or pressure treated wood. Please note they charge separately for box springs and mattresses, not as a set. Unless requested that I take the load directly to the dump, I tend to sort through the loads,recycle what I can, if it is donate-able , I either pass it on or donate it. I also recycle a lot of wood in my woodshop, and repurpose it into other items I sell. I do other kinds of hauling services, like delivering furniture, etc. message me for details. In a market where multiple offers are common, you may have heard the phrase escalation clause. But what in the world is that and how can you use it to your advantage?
