Make this Thanksgiving cocktail. Wet the rim of your glass and dip into the cinnamon sugar (optional garnish.) Combine 1 oz whisky, 1/2 oz simple syrup & 2 oz apple cider in a cocktail shaker with ice & shake. Pour the mix into a pint glass, and top with the pumpkin beer of your choice. Enjoy! ... Simple Syrup: bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil, then add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Reduce heat & add 1-3 cinnamon sticks (preference), then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
