Once a year you can indulge in these traditional Chinese New Year Pudding (Nian Gao). Made with our in-house ground rice milk, and named after the founder's grandmother, because it really is her family's recipe! FAQ how to eat it? Simply slice them into 1/4 inch slices and pan fry them with a little oil until soft.
